By accessing and playing games on QuackThink ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service for its intended purpose of playing party games. You are responsible for your conduct and any content you provide, including your username. You agree not to:

Choose a username that is offensive, obscene, or infringing on the rights of others.
Engage in any form of cheating, hacking, or exploiting the game mechanics.
Harass, threaten, or cause distress to other players.
Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Leaderboard submission is optional. Submitted names must follow the conduct rules; entries may be corrected or hidden.

We reserve the right to remove any player from a lobby or temporarily/permanently ban users who violate these rules, without notice.

3. Intellectual Property

Rights to the codebase, user interfaces, and design elements created by QuackThink belong to QuackThink or the respective licensors and are reserved. Game content may include third-party materials; rights to those materials remain with their respective rights holders. This does not grant you any additional rights to third-party content.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You use the Service at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuackThink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
